When you click on the bookmark Available Courses you will see all courses that are currently available.
Above the list of available courses, you can filter:
the type of a course (Typ požadavku) - a substitution (suplování) or a permanent course (permanentní)
the level (Úroveň kurzu)
the day and hour (Den v týdnu / Čas od)
the language (Jazyk) if you teach more than one language at EDUA Group
When you click on the button “I am interested in” next to the course, your request will be forwarded to Teachers’ Coordinator who will contact you with more information.
Alternatively, you can contact the Teachers’ Coordinators / Regional Coordinators.
No matter whether it’s an organization problem (e.g. students keep cancelling the lessons) or you simply feel things in the course don’t go the way you would like them to proceed, you should contact the Course Manager (CM), Account Manager (AM), or Key Account Manager (KAM) who is responsible for the current course. You can find the name and email address of each CM, AM, or KAM in Schoolpartner in the administrative interface in the "My Courses" section after clicking on a specific course, next to the question mark icon.
In the case of methodological issues, don’t hesitate to contact your Senior Teacher or the Academic Department (dos@eduagroup.cz).
In the case of in-company lessons and individual courses for the public, cancel the lesson in Schoolpartner (ideally, follow the cancellation policy for the course in question), and then you can offer students replacement lesson dates.
In the case of group courses for the public, write to vyuka@jipka.cz (ideally 48 hours before the lesson).
It is necessary to inform the school about your decision. Our standard terms for termination of cooperation is 30 days written notice in advance. Please state the date of your last teaching day as well. This must be done in writing (via email) and sent to teacher.hr@eduagroup.cz.
