The Written evaluation form consists of the following parts:
Basic information - the student’s level, feedback on homework and active participation in the lessons, teaching materials, and a brief evaluation of cooperation with the student. The student's level is to be entered twice, both times the same information on the student's current level. The brief evaluation is meant to be a space for the teacher to write a few words about the lessons with the student and should be written in full sentences.
General progress - topics that were covered in the lessons (e.g. weather, free time activities, travelling etc.) plus an assessment of the student’s individual skills through drop-down lists.
Grammar related progress - grammar topics that were covered in the lessons (e.g. past tenses, local prepositions, SVOMPT etc.) plus an assessment of the student’s grammar progress through a drop-down list.
