The Course Information File (CIF) is a document that includes basic information about each course- the company, contact details, individual student information, a summary of what has been covered in the lessons so far and some notes on how to work with each student. The CIF is being filled in by the last teacher of a course and every teacher receives it when beginning a new course.
If you are dropping a course, you will receive a request to fill in the course information file through the Schoolpartner system.
1) Log in to your profile. From the administrative interface, switch to the full version of Schoolpartner using the three horizontal lines icon in the upper right corner and the "Return to full version of SP" option.
2) Under the "My timetable and courses" tab in the full version of Schoolpartner, a notification will appear for the course in question stating "it is necessary to fill in information about the course by DD.MM.YYYY."
3) After clicking on this field, the system will redirect you to the "Course Information (CIF)" page, where you can fill in the required fields.
4) After filling in the fields, click the "Save and submit for approval" button.
After receiving the initial email from the Course Manager, your new course will be active in the system. You will see course information (from the previous teacher) on the course section of the specific course, in the right panel or in the Course Information File (CIF) tab.
